Talktime not received at PUNE

I N.Ramachandramurty resident of SECUNDRABAD A.P. On dated 19-02 i went to PUNE along with my son to see the BHIMASHANKAR TEMPLE. When i went to the SHIVAGINAGAR, ST Stand PUNE In my cell talk time was very less. So immediately i contact Sharadchndra Communication (airtel agent) for l easy recharge. He took 150.00 (one hundred fifty only) and entered my cell number9866685624 .But talk time was not received in my cell. immediately i asked the agent talktime was not received. he told me that net work was very poor after some time i will get talktime.by that time i was busy to catch the bus to go BHIMASHANKAR.immediately i asked bill. he has given the bill and the bill with me. even i waited two or three days i did not get the talktime.after i came to SECUNDERABAD the same was reported to nodal officer PUNE through my email. He received my email and gave reply that he will pursue and he will back within 24 hours and given reference no2802201012855 for future contact. after two days i reminded the same. but he did not give any reply. so you please take necessary action agaist the agent and nodal offcer and do justice to me other wise i will proceed to consumer court for my loss and inconvinence created by agent. thankyou very much.
