GPRS Charges

Hi,

I have been using 0.facebook.com on my Airtel mobile. It is free of data charges but for the last two days I have been charged money for using the service which had never been done before. I have lost about Rs.10 for it so far. Can anyone please tell what the problem is and can the authorities check the problem?
