Mms can't retrieve

I have received mms but i couldn't retrieve it. its came as a message containing a link (http://125.21.241.88/mms/, a user name and a password. my mms settings is ok. I am staying in Qatar now and i am using this number as international roaming. the customer care couldn't give any solution for this... help me please...
