Cant send sms

Sir,

i have been using my airtel sim 9597573839 since 3 years, suddenly i am not able to send sms from my phone. i tried with different phones, but couldnt make up.

then i called to airtel customer care and said my complaint. they gave me a reference number CLSMS31206610995. and they said it will solved by 8/12.. now it is 14/12 still i am having problem and the authority is cheating me by not allowing to call the customer care.

please help me to resolve this ..
