I have lodge a complaint on 22 Aug 10 for Airtel Digital TV Remote not working. Complaint reference No is 3621666. I again requested on 27 Aug 10 and reference No is 3668551 but nobody can contact us. Please sortout the remote problem urgently. Thanking you. Shailendra Kumar 9555138424.
