Hopeless customer services and response to customer.

I am an airtel Digital TV user and my customer id is 3005173265.

there was problem in signal to setup box. I have registered the complain to customer care. then they told me that their representative will come tomorrow. tomorrow when nobody came i again called then they told me again for tomorrow. After 2 days, one of them had come and he said he cant rectify the problem. i asked for the senior fellow if he could do that. then he gave me the number which was going switch off. Such an idiot fellow he was that he doesnt know how to go to the signal settings in TV.

Horrible experience.

Dont buy this.
