IFB ELENA DX WASHING MACHINE
POOR SERVICE RESPONSE

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased IFB washing machine from navrang audio video (p) Ltd, Laxmi Nagar New delhi on 27/03.Model-Elena Dx. My machine was not working properly and for that i complained to customercare no-01139004321 they gave me the complaint no-7722314 on dated-28/11.one technitian came to my house and said that regulator is not working properly and need to be changed.he didnot turned up for long tme instead of several reminders to customer care and responsible persons, again on 13/12 technitian came and installed a cutout and charged rs 950 for that, but my machine is still not working.i complained several times to customer care, Mr KP Agarwal franchise owner of service centre no-9811869269, Mr Mohit IFB no-9311683944 and web_sales@ifbglobal.com

but my problem is not solved till now so please do the needfull
