IFB Washing Machine
No Service under AMC

My IFB Washing Machine is under AMC and last week it stopped working. I logged the complaint on 13th October at helpline no. 1860 425 5678 and they have given me the complaint no. 7385739 and User ID No. 403775 and assured me that technical executive will contact me within 24 Hours. Unfortunately nobody contacted. I called the call center again on 15th October and they again assured that our complaint has been forwarded on urgent basis and technical executive will call us within 24 hrs. But again unfortunately nobody contacted us. I called the call center again on 17th October and they again assured that our complaint has been forwarded to senior managers to take action on urgent basis. But till date no action has been taken.

Request you to please do the needfull urgently.
