My settop box is not working since 26/2.Several complaints were filed by me but no action was taken till date. The setop box is to replaced by new one by swaping. But from last 18 days i am being told by the airtel office Anantnag that the settop boxes are not available. About 130 Rs have been deducted from my account without watching nothing. My customer id is 3007838383. I request you to look into the matter and take action accordingly.
