Water is coming out

While process of washing water is coming out from the bottom of the machine (leaking) we have call the your servicing center, person from Dhandeep services, Thane India (dhandeep_ services@yahoo.co.in). Technician has informed us that water tub is cracked due to rusty, so it has to be replaced with new one. We are surprised that when the tub is made of steel how it can get rusty & how it can be cracked. So, pl. send your proper person to check the deffective machine.
