No service response

I have bought airtel digtal tv since past one and half month only. however, its showing error code 2:please re insert or clean card. I have complaint on 21st still now no one has reported or solve problem.

None of your service man is visiting only asking for 100rs charge.

and when i got number of thane dealer and service man Salman they r not picking up phone after talking once. And getting fake promise everyday same your problem will resolve tomorrow. Even i talked with nitin vagh on 27th still same problem.

I have called to customer care everyday and lastly i got decision its better to quit instead of calling everyday and waste my and yours time.

Even your call centre agents talkd rudely that I have signed agreement with you that i will not getting money back 1500rs which i paid for set box

i have balance of 435rs in card.

Please let me have my total money spent rs 1935 back.
