False commitment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked 2 airtel digital connection basis the installation on the very second day.

an individual named sushant from vriti infocom had commited me to get it install the second day and also told me if i buy airtel digital tv from dealer then i have to wait for 8 to 10 days and if i pay him at the same moment he will get it install the same day or latest by second day but this never happen, now it is my 4th day of waiting for some one to attend my call but nobody had given response.

Vriti infocom had directly refused to talk to me or help me in this.

Vriti infocom pvt ltd is a big time cheat company and only demolishing a brand name (AIRTEL).

Request you to kindly take action against Vriti infocom pvt ltd.based in noida (spoke to the executive name sushant).

It was a big time harrasement and mental tension for me to get the airtel digital tv install.
