this is to inform you that on 29th march i requested to add (movies now) channel, i was assured that our engineer will come to your place to align the dish for that channel but inspite of my reminder none of the person visited my place for 5 days, then after 5 days a boy came and did something with the dish, then after i called cuctomer care they told me that your channel has been added and they charged me for that top up the very same day, but till today the channel has not been started and customer care do not respond to the call in healty manner, nor they take the effort to solve the issue nither are they ready to refund the charge for that channel,

from last 5 days the only answer i get from your end is wait for 30 minutes and your issue will get resolve but till today there is no progress, its been so pathetic to treat customer like beggars,
