Complaint not resolve after log the complaint in call cente

My Name is Jalaram Atre.

From last three months, my airtel dth is not working properly, for that i have already raised the complaint in DTH call center. 12150. They have give me some complaint number number, but not giving any resolution.

Now again i have raise the complaint on 20th May, complaint number =18910880 & said that some one from airtel will attend your complaint on 21st may before 10:30, if complaint not resolve then pls call to given number (they have given me these number through sms - 7328567650), no boddy from airtel is come to resolve my issue, & when we call to these number, the receiptnt said me that these is not a airtel number, you have dial wrong number..

can some help on these.. or we need to change my airtel connection.
