Complaint of outgoing

Respected Sir,

I have purchased the Airtel Prepaid Card Mobile No. 9876862406 on 7th August. But after one week, my outgoing has closed by the Airtel as they have demanded residential proof and one photograph of myself. Now i have submitted my all documents approximately 7 days. But till now my outgoing not blowing. When i have called customer care then, they are telling you have to wait 24 hours. But till now my outgoing not blowing. I have suffered from 15 days. I have 192.79 balance in my card and one year validity. But all are not useful for me as my outgoing is closed. So please take necessary action as early as possible against Airtel services. Thanking you sir.
