Unwanted charges for valuadded service

Dear sir/madam

I have been using your service (Airtel mobile, Assam) for last 5 years, but from the last 3 months money have been continuously deducted from my account for unwanted value added service, which was automatically updated to my number (7896427559) without any prior notification. Previously couple of times I had given complains to your customer service adjectives by mailing and over telephone, but still do not get any comprehensive solution. Sir I need your bold step towards the problem, otherwise I would stop your service very soon.
