Insufficient service

My name is gaurav.m a airtel prepaid tamil nadu customer since the past 3 yrs.however off late after makin its customer base this company has started to show its real colors.

On 20th aug i got a msg from airtel stating that i will be charged for each local msg at 5 paise... many got d same msg n r being charged but 70% of the people r not being charged a penny for their local msgs.wen i mad a complaint to d customer care i was told that only the people whose sim card were older than 6 months were being charged but the irony is that out of 6 people living in my flat and using a airtel simcard only 3 r being charged.n all these 3 people who r not being charged have their sim older than a year...

i really feel cheated n being devoid of my consumer rights...
