Mobile signal problem

I am having Airtel connection, mobile no. 9960902749, since last two weeks my mobile signal were gone after confirming from airtel in Maharashtra they said I have to submit document again. I don't know why as this number was working since three years and suddenly stopped. if they want any documents they must inform on phone one week before. As I am not in maharashtra then how I can submit & it is difficult to receieve calls as same number is given to many persons. Pl do the needfull.
