AIR TEL PRE PAID CONNECTION
Outgoing & incomimg call barring

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is 9995953002. I am using this my mobile from abroad in roaming mode.

These days i am unable to make / receive calls on this number. when I make calls, i get the message that the out going call barring has been activated. I dont have the password to deactivate that from abroad. My credit balance is approx 245 Rs.

Please advise.
