Difected pc. Given & Not Replaced

I have to purchase a LCD TV 32inches from BigBzar, riverside mall, Gomtinagar, Lucknow. That Given LCD is Defected from day one.

I given many complaint to there service center as well as there retail sales toll free no.'s. But there are no response to replace that LCD. They want to convince me to repair that one. I am not agree to repair. Question is when I found that LCD defected. Why take risk to repair that one? The BIGBAZAR rep. to all the manager's even there customer-care said to me there is no replacement policy. again my question is when u sale a product ur rep. is convince to by BB product with every Guaranty on behalf of BB? But when sale closed they are deny there words? How BB claim for fair deals in their retail stores? I want to say all the consumer's of BB please do not purchase any product which is branded by BIGBAZAR spacialy Electronics.
