Poorest Customer Service

I purchased a microwave in mid Nov. The usage of the microwave was not even 10 mins per day. While using the owen on 8/12, the TurnTable cracked. Its not even a month and the product cracks. I have been calling the call centre (India) and the Visakhapatnam Service Centres since 8/12. It is 24/12 and no one has provided me the replacement and nor did any one provide me with correct information. I made more than 200 calls to every possible place be it customer services/ service cente / Andhra Pradesh Head but all are either deafs or don't understand my language
