Bad service!

I am fed up with their service. I have purchased washing Machine from Vijay Sales, Thane (E), on third June they delivered it but not installed & Demo Vijay Sales peoples are misguiding us, saying daily coming tomorrow. I am regular customer of LG &I buy 2 AC's in 2006 but not even get yearly Free services yet. Vijay sales peoples are saying there is problem from LG Only.
