POOR SERVICE

Electronics and household app.

I made a complaint to LG toll free number on 5th May for water leakage in our split A/c. (Chennai) a technician visited our home on 7th may and inspected the A/c and said Gas leakage and collected Rs.450/- saying he will come next day and fill the gas and set right the problem. From that date, i have many many calls to LG service centre, and on 17th May one Mr. Manivannan, introducing himself from service centre, called me and assured me that the problem will be set right by 11 am on 19th May. Today is 20th May and till now, no one has come. I have no other way to complain hence i am positing this. LG customers, and those who are going to buy LG products, beware, this is how their service department work. I have sent two emails to their service centre in NOIDA, and received computer generated responses from them that the problem will be set right soon. My a/c is only less than two years old.
