Poor cooling system

Sir,

i have purchased an split airconditioner on 19th arpril 2008 from your sargum dealer (jamshedpur). But the airconditioner's is not working properly. Because the airconditioner's cooling system is poor your dealer and your service center's any persons are not taking responce i am suffering from one and half month .if i complain it to dealer they say we are not responsible for any thing complain it to the service center and if i complain it to service center they says complain it to dealer .i am tierd of complainig kindly solve my problem or replace my airconditioners.
