ALCATEL OT 710D
NOT performing well

I buy a multimedia mobile handset (ALCATEL OT-710D) from kaushambi ghaziabad EDM MALL ON 10-AUG bill number-2410119378.Which is not working properly .not only game but third party application is also not working. So i go to service centre laxmi nagar but they behave rudely so i wont submit my phone their and directly go to (ICE3 SEC 16 NOIDA) partner company of alcatel to repair my mobile but still i m facing problem.i go to the company 3-4 times but at last one of his executive told me you can buy a new mobile and sell your mobile in cheap rate in market .they are not refunding any single penny.not only me all the people who buy this suffering from this mobile phone .neither they refund money nor they repair it properly.so what can i do??? i need your help to look into the matter ASAP.
