Alfa Lifts
Lift is not working properly

I live in "Vitthal Sanskriti", E-Wing, Limayenagar, Dhayari, Pune. Recently builder has started the Alfa Lift installed some months ago. But right from the start, the lift is not at all working properly. There are incidences of people getting caught inside the lift. Once, the lift has travelled 3 feet above the 5th Floor (Building has only 5 floors). The encoder of the lift got broken at that time. Right now the situation is the lift is not at all starting.

I request you to please do the needfull and correct all the problems for smooth running of the lift.
