Lower Parel Nokia Care / Nokia 6270
Customer harassment and lies!

This is an mental harassment. I spend Rs. 16000/- to purchase Nokia 6270 cell phone. After 3 months cell phone stop working so i submit that cell phone to Lower parel nokia care. These people give me ridiculous excuses and spoil my 40 days. After 40 days they give me another cell phone which was 6270 only saying that the previous cell phone was faulty so we are providing you replacement.

Again after 3 months this newly provided cell phone is dead now. And now when i ask them about what kind of cell phone you are providing. Then the answer was please pay 1700 first and then submit the cell phone. I was charged because the technician found water in cell phone. what rubbish! I ask him how he come to know they he said that on panel he can see some white color which indicate water.

Great!

What you think what i need to do in this kind of situation? Life become miserable now.
