Triple burner gas stove

I baught Tripple gas stove of apex home appliances (kanjurmarg mumbai) three months back. After two months it gave gas leakage problem, We ladged complaint (no 1011017). person came after 1 week & indentified that stove body is cracked.(complaint no 312012). After one month one person came with wrong stove body .after that 3 weeks passed, agian one person came with no idea of the compalint. Today 20/12.stillnothing happened. I called agian to the caompany person. Ther answer is, the person who came first, left the job so the other one is not having idea of the compliant. I think for this we are no responsible. & now also it will take 3 /4 days days to operate the complaint. When i told them that if the service is not done properly then i will logde complaint in consumer court. they are saying, ok do it.
