Wrong billing

Dear Sir,

I nee d aclarification if person is using daily 10 hour of AIR CONDITION that 1.5 ton getting only bill of 300 (three hundred Rupees only) this only because of your deaprtment person billing meter reading person is currupted taking only 100 Rs. and entering wrong billing hope AE also know this but blindly ignoring this.

he is using like this since two years and every six month he chaning that meter only blame that china meter are not showing reading the details of cusumer is Md. Rajmahmood yakub pura pole no. is 16048-1020101 hope it will
