Aquasure/ Elegant RO Water Purifier
WATER IS NOT COMING FROM THE TAP OF RO

Dear Madam/ Sir

I have baught Aquasure RO in the month of November. since than one person named Jitendra Singh came to my home for servicing my RO. He assured me to to come after every 3 months.

we started getting bad water from RO and i made complaint to your dealer and service engineer on 21st of last month. on my complaint two person came from Agra on 30.05.201 and they found out that membrane of our RO is out of order and should be replaced. They also assured us that the membrane will be replaced within a week. On 02.06.2011 one person came and he did something but did not change the membrane.

Now we are not getting a single drop of water from RO and fed up with the service of this company.

Since i have no choice other than throwing RO or go to Cusumer Court, You are requested to rectify my problem by 10.06.2011 because this is the concern of the health of my whole family.
