New applicainces taken not working not yet used

I Have taken new food processaors from nallasopara from Snehanjali. The applicainces of Spices and Juicers is not running has ur person on contract had come to visit he saw and he said he will replace the same.

As he had given me his mobile no which is 9881534631 name Hasmukh now i am trying several times he is not answering than i message him but no reply.

Now has i have taken new packed food processors which should be proper and i am very much unhappy that it is not proper but still i compromise seeing to it that it should be replace or repair by the company person but still it is not.

So this is what the services and things u provide to the consumer i need a proper feedback and solution on the same.
