Rude behaviou

Today i called up at bakers oven to confirm about the home delivery service then i disconnected the phone but i forgot to ask if they book the order on phone so i called up second time. But to my surprise that salesman picked up the call again and said "dimaag kha rahi hai baar baar" and just disconnected my call without even answering.it was so humiliated and i again called up to ask about the rude behaviour but again instead of saying sorry he dint reply and disconnected my call. I felt so humiliated.
