Detective battery replacement

I ordered for a mesh for the pureit water purifier on 23rd May and got it from the selling agent from star services in coimbatore who i think are the authorised agents in cbe. The person came and saw the purifier and told we have to change the battery also. He changed a new one. But as soon as he left the filter started leaking and we called Star services immediately and booked a complaint No. C113407698 on 24th may at 7.45 p.m. Till now they have not come nor have they called. I think it is a disgrace for a purifier company who are advertising for a MILLION CHALLENGE in the tv everyday to have such association with this particular company's services.
