Pathetic service

Bhojan caterers ruined my party with their poor service & lack of responsibility to all their carelessness.

In spite of mentioning the exact head count for the party, the caterer was failed to serve the "Chapati's" during the party. He bought the chapatis which were not enough even for quarter the number of my guests. I needed to hold the party for couple of hours due to shortage of chapatis.

During the party, in front of the guests, the caterer was using non-professional language & was threatening to leave the party without serving itself. This is one of the pathetic experiences I ever had.

I would definitely not recommend this caterer to any of the viewers of this note.
