Excess rate charged on eatable by caterers

Espected sir/ madam

i was travelling in 1016 kushinagar exp. on 02/04. i was charged Rs.5/ for tea (with tea bag) and Rs. 32/ for lunch (without sweet and water) by POORVANCHAL CATERERS.

When i asked for bill on above items from manager, he gave me bill for Rs.4.5 (four rupees and fifty paise only) for tea and Rs.32/ (thirty rupees) for lunch. i pointed out regarding the rates prescribed by IRCTC for the eatables in train. he offered me a toffee against excessive fifty paise charged on tea and few amount for not providing sweet and water bag in lunch. i accepted his toffee but not any amt.

now my complaint is regarding poorvanchal caterers for excessive amount charged on tea and other eatables.he is simply looting the public in this way and when somebody raises objection he starts negotiations. this is not happening in kushinagar exp. only but many trains. kindly take neccessary action against this caterer. i can produce bills and other documents when neccessary and ready to cooperate you.
