Given worst quality

Dear Sir,

We have been purchase some house hold things for the last week dtd-19.07.2011.my bill number INV6924TILL2.The problem is Rice we bought 5 kgs @ cost Rs 190/-(ponni old), but the qwality given was very worst like low cost rice given.? kindly take the action severe. This problem not to happen again for the peoples.good motivite complaints.
