Misbehaviour by waiters

I visit almost everyday with my friends, but today i.e.16.6. i was very dissapointed with the service and behaviour of the waiters, firstly they were teasing us by calling names, then they badly harassed us for not having chiller.the names of one of d waiters was PRASENJIT (infact the other stewards were misbehaving more), CCD branch - IIT Kharagpur.

I am a resident of IIT Kgp from 1991, if any steps are not taken against this incident i will have to complain to the authorities of the campus.

even d chaiwala's treat u with more respect.
