Cockroaches found in Coffee Express Day in Fame Raghuleela Vashi Theatre

Myself Sayantan Sengupta (sayantan.sengupta@ymail.com) had gone for a movie UDAAN to Raghuleela Vashi on 17th July at 11.15 am. We ordered two hot coffees once we were inside the theatre.

Few minutes later we were provided with two hot coffee express day by Fame Staff.

After finishing the coffee, my cousin found that at the bottom of coffee cup, there were two cockroaches dead and stuck inside the coffee express cup.

When we protested to the manager Paramsiva (Raghuleela Fame Vashi), we were offered compensation. However on refusing the compensation, when we asked the complaint book, they made us wait for half an hour before we could official register the complaint with them.

This is gross negligence on part of Coffee Express Day and Raghuleela Fame Vashi. That they served insect ladedn drinks to customers who are paying more than Rs 100 for couple of coffees.
