Charging more than MRP

I was travelling from delhi to dehradun, bus stops at a midway restaurant called CHEETAL from there i brought two BRITANNIA LITTLE HEARTS BISCUITS packet shopkeeper charged me Rs 12 per packet though the MRP of same packet was Rs10. When i asked why he was charging me more than MRP, he said "yahin pe itna hi milta hai aapko lena ho to lo warna jaao yahan se".

I think we all should not support this kind of incidents and i request to Indian Gorverment to make strict laws to restrict all this.
