Charging double prise on mrp

Dear Sir/Mam,

In orient cinema located in brs nagar in ludhiana, the canteen incharge is charging double prise on MRP, I visit few days back to watch movie double dhamaal and found that at the time of interval i go to counter n ask for 5-star choclate the keeper is asking me to pay rs 20 for rs 10 choclate... same in case candies, ... so kindly do the needful...
