Very poor service

Dear sir, there is a hotel named "hotel paradise" in the heart of the city of paradeep. the hotel is charging as if it is a standard hotel but the service provide by the hotel is very poor. they don't have adequate staffs to serve people. The standard of the permises / for are very poor. Even they are providing a valid bill for the charges. people used to wait for a long time to get the meal and even for the table to be cleaned.
