Empty chor-mint wrappers!

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding the complaint sent to email ID consumercare@in.pvmgrp.com regarding the empty chor- mint wrappers on May 21.

Actually, this is to let PERFETTI know that i found few empty chor-mint wrappers in their bottle. I own a shop in Delhi, wherein i have had put on sale the chlor-mint toffees.

A month ago i got to know a complaint from the customer that out of 20 toffees he bought two wrappers were empty. Taking into consideration the same and for the sake of my shop prestige i re-check all my stock (2 bottles) and found that in each box approx 10-15 wrappers were just empty but properly sealed.

Its a kind of harassment, fear of business loss and more important the unreasonable customer claims.

Please take this matter further and suggest some path forward.
