Cost of food

I went for a movie in wondermall, thane (w), there i bought 2 popconorns and 2 medium sized coke, it cost me 260., why it cost so much, doesnt goverment or any other body is looking, even if service tax if there, it must not cost so much, why cant goverment regulate prices in mall, does any body looking after it
