I recently came across a worm in my ice cream cup in the Cocoberry frozen yoghurt outlet in C.P.
The company responded with a verbal apology, I want to form a claim on the company of serving unhygienic fruits at premium prices.
Kids love their ice cream and they are not aware of the risk of their life by eating worms/insects/mosquitoes in their fruits.
