Myself and my son had some fried chicken in premisis of Reliance Shopping mart in Mehidipatnam branch-Hyderabad.

We both got hospitlized and I got discharged within 2 days and my son who is 2 yrs 10 months old is suffering from severe bug inside him.

He was hospitlized for 6 days and got discharged and still the infection has not gone and now He is back to hospital getting treatment.

When I went to reliance and questioned them they initially claimed that chicken shop which is in their premisis they just pay rent and its not theirs and when i questioned the chicken seller he said he just applied for food certificate.

How do I file case against shis issue pls suggest.
