Cumsum food
Not recieving

I boarded the train on 15 march frm nizzamudin where i ordered cumsum food. bt they did nt deliver it on asking i was told that i wil b getting in agra station again i did nt get. when i asked they had 100s of excuses regarding this then they promised me to supply with breakfast next day in nagpur bt even that did nt happen. who is responsible fr all this? do u expect passengers to travel this way. if u cant deliver the food then better dont pu all these facilities. u cn contact me on 9329877991
