Sahakhari Bhandar/ Shakti Bhog Atta
Damaged and covered up

Today I bought a Shakti Bhog Atta 10kg bag from Sahkhari Bhandar, Anushakti Nagar. After paying I came out and found that the packet was cut in one place and covered by a sticker. The sticker gave way and loose atta spilled out. I showed to the Manager on duty and asked for a repacement. When we checked we found all the remaining bags too were damaged. When I asked for a refund he refused flatly and said I can buy some other products but refund cannot be given. First I would like to ask them why they sell such bags, knowing well that they are damaged. Otherwise why do they put sticker if they have not noticed earlier? It amounts to cheating the customer and nothing else. Do something to save your image. Do not justify!
