Respected Sir,
I vailankanni dosuza residing at Kanjur Marg East am complaining against Domino's Pizza.
On this date i tried to place an order with domino's pizza home delivery
First -- I called hungry helpline no 44448888... this person transfered my call to the nearest outlet that is "Vikhroli" when i spoke to them they would not accept my order and clearly said "Kanjur East is out of service area as per mentioned in our poilicies rules & regulation "
when i asked them why as per Right of information Act, which is my right to know but they denied to give me the reason or mail me the information
Second & they could nt help me out to place my order with other outlet
Third: this thing continued for 4 to 5 times for half an hour... me calling the helpline, told the helpline the issue but they again and again transfered my call to VIKHROLI OUTLET
Conclusion: I ended up having nothing
Request: Plz consider my Complaint and looking foward for justice
