Domino's Pizza
POOR SERVICE

On 15th aug, I tried to order a large barbeque chicken pizza in the evening and had the one of worst experience of my life. I called the GARIAHAT outlet as to my knowledge that was the nearest one. They said that my residence (5 mins walking from rashbihari crossing) was not within there coverage and asked me to call the TOLLYGUNGE outlet. The TOLLYGUNGE outlet said that it will be covered by the JODHPUR PARK outlet and to increase my astonishment, the JODHPUR PARK outlet said it should covered by GARIAHAT outlet itself!! Completely confused and Dejected, I finally arranged the same from another pizza maker which practically supplied it within 25 mins!! The worst part was, after a good 45 mins of drama, ultimately I came to know that my residence is actually under ALIPORE outlet!!!

It is painful to say, That Domino’s lost one of there most loyal customer; that’s ME.
