Non compliance with the policy

I ordered a pizza on 29th April (Order number 58, Phone no. 7417209790) from Roorkee Civil Lines Dominos store. It was late by 10 minutes. Instead of delivering the pizza for free, the delivery boy was rude and the manager of this store ill-behaved with us. We are regular customers of Dominos and this has happened not one but many times. I am sorry to say but this has showed your brand in poor light and I would not recommend anyone to order pizzas from your store.
